Reddington — 2017 Jayco Greyhawk bunkhouse motorhome

Class C · Sutherlin, Oregon, United States

A Class C bunkhouse: thirty-two feet, two slide-outs and berths for ten, which is a lot of family in something you can still drive on an ordinary licence

Bunks at the back, a queen bed and the cab-over up front, dinette and sofa in between, leveling jacks, more than one TV, and an onboard generator for the nights you end up somewhere with nothing.

Bringing a pet

Pets are welcome with prior approval, up to three — tell us what you're bringing when you request your dates, since some pets mean extra linens and a different setup. Crates are available on request; please don't leave a pet unattended in the rig. Pet fee: $10 per night for the first pet, $5 per night for each additional pet. Please bring old sheets to lay over the beds, couch and dinette to keep pet hair down. A pet that arrives without approval can be charged a fee of up to $399, and any pet damage is assessed against the security deposit.

Add-ons and fees

  • One hour of cleaning included

Bring it back as you found it and there is nothing to pay; beyond the hour, cleaning is $65 an hour against the deposit.

  • Refuel and dump service

Return with full propane and fuel and empty tanks, or we do it: refill $25 plus fuel, dump $50.

  • Delivery

Quoted per trip — $6 a mile for trailers, $8 a mile for motorhomes (two drivers, two vehicles) — scheduled Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.

  • Fresh water fill

$35, if you are dry camping.

  • Generator

$20 a day for a 3500 W inverter generator, four hours of running included each day.

  • Bike rack

$20 per rental, subject to availability.

  • E-bike package

    $100 a night: a 500 W and a 1000 W fat-tire e-bike, with a rack for both.

  • Pets

$10 a night for the first pet, $5 a night for each additional, up to three — with prior approval.

  • Laundry

$25 to have the linens washed for you.

  • Repairs

Minor repairs on the road are reimbursed with receipts; more extensive damage is $65 an hour.

Care and return

  • Return it clean

Clean as you received it: surfaces, kitchen and bathroom wiped down, floors swept and mopped, fridge emptied and off, trash out, pet hair removed, used linens and towels in the shower.

  • Come back with full tanks

Propane and fuel refilled and the waste tanks emptied before return — or pre-pay and we do it (refill $25 plus fuel, dump $50).

  • No smoking or vaping

No cigarettes, marijuana products, vaping devices or e-cigarettes anywhere in the rig.

  • Nothing but toilet paper in the toilet

No sanitary products, baby wipes or flushable wipes — they damage the toilet and sewage tank.

  • No chlorine bleach

Bleach products damage the sewage tanks, furniture and flooring.

  • Keep food out of the drains

Sink drains and the gray tank can't take food debris or particles.

  • Paved roads only

No logging roads, forest-service roads, beaches or fields — the one exception is an unpaved road inside a licensed RV park.

  • Stay off the roof

  • Generator oil, every day

If you use the generator, check its oil daily — oil is supplied with the motorhome.

  • Think twice about the awnings

Awnings are easily damaged and not covered by platform insurance — damage is entirely the renter's responsibility.

  • Continental U.S. and Canada only

    No travel into Mexico.

  • No Burning Man

Her one named exclusion — the rest of the map is open.

  • Keep your receipts

Minor repairs on the road are reimbursed against receipts, and so is anything you buy and leave with the rig.

This was our first time renting a RV and we didn't know what to expect. We were not disappointed. Owner was great (and accommodating) to deal with and was quick to answer phone, when we had a question. The RV was very clean and well maintained. We would definitely rent from them again. Thanks for a great camping experience!

The RV’s were in excellent condition and the owners were great to deal with, highly recommend them to rent an RV.

We have rented twice from adventure bound, RV; Redington and Marty. Michelle and Wayne exceeded our expectations on both occasions. RVs were clean and fully stocked with everything our family needed to enjoy our vacation. We even were given fresh farm eggs, bonus. Having a generator made it possible to run the microwave for a quick meal and to cool off before bedtime. We all slept very comfortably. Our kids enjoyed having their own bunk to sleep in.
